Make sure you don't have soap near the switch. When you're using it, make sure your finger isn't anywhere near it, too. I had that problem when I first got it until I realized the on/off switch was loose because of the soap.
Can someone tell me if the I-skin automatically shuts off while you're using it. I just bought one and I love it, I just want to make sure mine is not faulty. Nothing in the product description says anything about it turning off by itself.

Isn't the i-Skin wonderful? I've purchased three of them to give away as Christmas presents to my family this year. It's such a wonderful thing, especially since it's far more reasonably priced than the Clarisonic.
We use a lot of the same skin care products. I also use the Clinique #2 Toner and the I-Skin brush. I only use the I-Skin at night. I love it. It makes your skin feel cleaner than it's ever felt. I've never used the Clarisonic, so I don't know if one is better than the other. Thanks for reviewing this.

i m usuing C's liquid soap and so far love it,doensrt get intot eye and burn...but cetaphil sucked,hate its consistency and the fact it doesnt want to lather
I felt like it was decent. It's not something I'd run out and buy again. It was good while it lasted, but it wasn't anything *spectacular*. I felt like it worked as good as Cetaphil, but with a thinner, lighter formulation.
I'll be sure to do a full review on it!
