    vaseline contains petrolatum and petrolatum does not penetrate the skin, it may seam like it but that not the case, it just lays on top. Try finding something without petrolatum. Shea butter and Jojoba are great moisturizers for the skin and your lips :)

    1. we have the same hair.
    2. i also have "wierdly chapped not really lips" lol i only use vaseline cause nothing works.
    3. when i gain weight, it ALSO goes to my face.

    tyr this again...if you can get it, try Pre de Provence lip treatment. It's from France and has shea butter. Super stuff.
